Shipping Policy

We offer free delivery for Metro Vancouver area, depending on your delivery location and order amount. Normally, we deliver every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. If there is a long weekend or holiday, we will adjust the delivery to Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday for that week only.
 
Please keep your phone nearby and ensure you can pick up the delivery. Fees will apply for failed deliveries. For customers outside of Vancouver, we provide shipping through reputable courier companies such as UPS, Canpar, and FedEx. We cover 5% of the total amount on your receipt as your shipping fee. The remaining amount must be covered by the customer. International shipping is not available at this time.

Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@oricopetsupply.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you return instructions for us to pick up the item. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as raw food and short-dated items), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and cat trees. Please reach out if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, you can bring the item into our store to facilitate the exchange.
